I got a call from my friend last week and she excitedly told me the buntings are up and his smiles were all over the area. I got so excited that I quickly ran over to see how it looked.

It feels so weird but pleasant to see this smile around the neighborhood. But it's not really all-things-good, you know? Cause today I was taking my mom to have a look for herself and in the afternoon, at exactly the same spot, just a mere 4 hours or so, it was GONE! VANISHED! DISAPPEARED!
Now, who in the right mind wouldn't think what happened to it, right? Someone tore it away because of stiff competition? Authorities banned it because it didn't go through the proper approval process? A "V" sign is not allowed and deemed insensitive and will cause racial tension? Somebody tore it and took it home as he's too lengchai? *sweats*

And I also get a stern warning from my son "DON'T YOU EVER STOP THE CAR TO LOOK WHEN YOU SEE ME THERE AGAIN, GEDDIT?!", cause that's what I did for the 2nd time, for my mom to have a clearer view. He thinks we are laughing at him because his face is up everywhere on the streets *grin*
Totally irrelevant picture, but just to show that's how we eat watermelon and honeydew now. So pretty balls, easy and just nice popping into our mouths to quench our thirst. Yum yum!

Thank you so much.. I'm floating already, ok? Anyway, it wasn't really a big deal la, there were other designs too with some other kids. So, his pic wasn't the only chosen one there.
