PD Legend water chalets

Last school holidays, the least we did for them was to bring them for a night stay at PD Legend International Water Homes.

It was a wonderful room with 2 huge beds so all of us slept pretty comfortably that night. It also come with a huge open air pool so we had all the privacy we could get. Would have loved to shower right outside but not so daring enough. What a pity! It should have been designed in such a way that the shower can be utilized fully.



There wasn't much else to do at the hotel except to dip in the main pool, and cycle around with rented bicycles. Outside PD, we went for dinner at some lousy eatery as hubs wouldn't want to drive around to look for a proper one. I had no idea why he seemed much agitated that night, restless and not accommodating. So, we just settle for anything edible and came back to the room to sleep.

The next day, we just checked out after the cycling activity and went for a McD lunch by the seaside. I think he wanted to have McD that night but I objected, hence the bad mood. :(

Fun with sand and slides.

Just came back from 1-night stay at Tiara Beach Resort, PD over the weekend, using the MATTA Fair voucher for a family suite RM150. That only valids for Ramadhan month, where the resort face a big challenge of quietness during this month every year, I presume.

The deal is quite fair, as the suite comes with 2 rooms, 1 with a double bed and the other, 2 super single beds. So, everyone sleeps quite comfortably for the night. But other than that the suite has nothing much to offer, it's a very basic and 2-3 star status accommodation. Hence, other than enjoying the water theme park, there's nothing much to do in the room, unlike in Avillion where it's just pure heaven sitting in the balcony with eyes closed or a book in hand. No such luxury here.

We arrived at abt 4pm, checked in and almost dashed to the pool and slides. I guess the adults have as much fun as the kids as we went on the slides too. But after awhile, we feel "huh? that's all?". But of course, the kids never have enough, they can go on and on and on...



About evening, we took our shower and went to a seafood dinner, all 14 of us (with a good friend and his family). After which we proceeded back to the hotel and watched a live acrobatic performance. For me, looking at Son2 was more entertaining than watching them, his enthusiastic look and clapping was priceless.

Later on, they dashed to the indoor children's playground and was over-ecstasy on the jumping airbed. The younger 2 were lying on it and some really really fat boys were jumping like noone's business. I was shocked and quickly pulled them out from it to avoid any untoward accident before it's too late. Things nearly got out of control. Is this over-protective? I don't know, but I sure dare not take the risk.



Why, I felt very tired by 10, and after managing to tuck them off to bed, I can't keep my eyelids up anymore and went straight into slumber. And was awakened by the similar sound of raindrops. Looking out the window, it was the sound made from the splashing water of the theme park. It was a bright and happy new day.

We quickly made our way to breakfast soon, and found the nearest for Bak Kut Teh. Came back hurriedly and changed to swimsuit again. This time, I took the camera to start the snapping pics of the kids to my delight while they enjoyed themselves immensely from the sand, slides and water. The dad were busy talking on the phone in the room, working. Sigh..


So, there was a time, I just sat on the sand under the tree while watching the 3 of them played. It was the kind of pure simple enjoyment and bliss to just watch them while they are not at each other's throats. One of the best time being a mother looking at her babies having fun.

Short weekend break

It's nice to take a short break over the weekend. Just less than 2 hours drive away, not a stressing journey, and still able to make it home on Sunday for a birthday party in the late afternoon.

I don't have much to write about in this entry here, since it wasn't all the exciting or what. It was just very relaxing, spending time leisurely on the beach and pool, and having a good time with each other alone to ourselves.

I'm going to throw this camera away real soon! Well, at least throw to my #1 baby.

It has so often betrayed me by malfunctioning at the time I need it most. I haven't stop hinting, indirectly and directly to my honey that I want a new replacement for a camera, my favorite toy!

Papa and #1baby went out to the low-tidal sea to catch baby crabs back for us while having a sunburn under the super hot sun.. #2 and #3 stayed here with me under the umbrella shade to play sand. #2 baby really enjoyed himself while the little girl has finally got over her "wobbly-legs-on-fine-sand" phobia. Yahoo! Now can look forward to the end-of-the-year-mega-holiday-family-trip.

A tranquilizing time in Avillion.

I do hope that Avillion would give me a free night's stay for advertising its hotel. Unfortunately, I am not a famous blogger who gets a good number of hits on my blog everyday, so no hope in that.

The hotel has 3 pools for its guests, the wading pool for young toddlers, the slightly bigger pool for older children and the adults pool for old people. We of course went for the middle one.



The serenity of a lotus pond to soothe your eyesight and mind while waiting for the checking in process. Checking in wasn't slow, but the room clean up took a long time for us to barge in to.




So, the boys hanged around while waiting for the longest time.

Adults pool, strictly no children are allowed. I suppose the adults do obscene things in here which are prohibited from children to watch.

Chloe had a splashing time on the slide, while Adrian didn't dare go near it. Such 2 opposites.




I sometimes wonder how many nights I can stay there till I find it too boring and prefer to go home? Then again, given the steep price of each night's stay, I think the pocket would burnt out first before my patience does.



The boys went crazy when they saw the white sand. They can throw the sand in the air like it's water..my God! We just had a nice clean bath before we came out to the beach again, and oh, well, they need another shower before going for dinner. Let them play and get themselves dirty again, after all, that's what holidays are meant for, huh?


This ain't exactly a private beach only accessible by the hotel's guests, but a good part of it was maintained clean and nice for us to enjoy it. The sand was fine and squeaky too, but compared to Redang beach, I think I still prefer the latter.

4 of them went for banana boat, and canoeing. Me? It was too exciting and sun too hot. I would get sick if I did. I was already as dark as a Negro by the time I got back. Sigh!

Nevertheless, I had a wonderful time with the family, had great sex, and hadn't slept so comfortably well for a long time.

Chalet on water, PD.

This hotel room is just fabulous. Once we entered the room, it was love at first sight. We especially loved the beds and the shower room. The king sized bed has soft white drapes around it, which I think no girls in this world hated it. I mean, real lovey, softy girls. Makes you feel like a princess when you are sleeping in it. Those drapes were tied in nice little ribbons knots, and these little ties can be used for another purpose at nights. ;)



The additional sofa bed is just appropriate for our family of 5. The boys slept there while the little girl tucked comfortably in the little babycot. It's very cosy lying in that corner with the bamboo shades on its 2 sides. Made us feel horny too actually.

The excitingly hornier part of the whole room is the bathroom. It comes with a private room for toilet, 2 wash sinks, a bathtub, and the interesting shower area. It has this "open" concept where there's an opening on its rooftop, and another opening to view the sea. Taking a shower there felt like being naked in the nature, especially when it rains. Feels real good.

The balcony is a good place to unwind too. Can lie there looking cool all day doing nothing.

We walked around these chalets on planks which have slits to see the sea below. Awful romantically in touch with nature.

It's a good night's sleep for once, since the burglary thing. And hopefully, not another baby 9 months later. :)
