What we had for dinner on Sat night

Finally, I remembered and succeeded to take these what-we-ate pics. It's rather pointless to be blogging about what we ate actually, I guess I am doing it to go with the tide. Maybe later when the trend is to blog about what the effect is like after the food processed in our stomachs, that would be quite an interesting read.

Anyhow, it might be a good proof to our children that we take them out to restaurants often, no complaints that we are not feeding them well and treating them good, ok?

The favorite, spaghetti for the children.

An offer for RM5 a bowl of soup for an order of the main meal.

Dad had platter of seafood, his favorite.

And mommy (that's me!) had grilled chicken in tandoori sauce (not my favorite, but there wasn't any much choices)

And a glass of mango lassie for all 5!

OK, the pics might look good and yummy-licious, but seriously speaking, my own cooked food tastes X times better than that! Really! I am not a fussy eater, and it had got me giving the thumbs-down for the taste. Well, actually, not surprising, since that place is not popular for its food, but for the coffee.

And the price for the dinner...

I should open a restaurant myself. Well, you must be wondering why we still go there and eat, huh?

Not because we are rich.

Not because we have no other better place to go and eat.

It's only because the 2xRM50 vouchers are going to expire on 5th of Mar 08.

So, we paid only 5 cents for those (up there!). and 5 cents tips for the staff.

Thanks to our credit card bank for sponsoring our dinner, who wanted to thank us for diligently swiping their card when we go shopping the whole year through. It's a win-win-win case for 3 parties. That's what makes the world go round, isn't it so?
