It's confinement days all over again. Though I could have go out and bring them kaikai all by myself, I prefer not to as I would be stressing out. Not worth it to la-see-seong-san, right?
Lucky thing I'm not too much a party person, I can tahan staying at home all day. With internet, the new TV and home theatre, it's not too unbearable. But staying at home all day on a Saturday is rather uncommon for us indeed. Usually it's a family day, with breakfast and dinner outside.
I spent the time watching TGOL back to back, while sprawling on the floor with the kids, coloring the building blocks, drawing smileys and creating new tones with the few basic colors. And before I knew it, half of the day was gone. Tucked them to bed early and finally it's some "me" time where I get to enjoy a good movie in the warm cosy atmosphere. My friend and I watched together "Awake" which really kept us awake indeed. And I dragged on even further my TVB craze till 1.30am. What a waste of time indeed!
The next day we had to go out already. Sure would, since I have their "lai-ma" with me. (hehe.. JM, you are the lai-ma, happy anot? not the maid laa, at least). And we went to Ikea, met the Goolymama and her little dinosaur, had lunch and brought some CNY clothes together in the Curve. That's what happen when 3 women who absolutely lurveess to dress up nicely and pan-leng-leng to keep their stock price still high in the market. (Ya, self denial)
It's not too bad spending time with the kids alone.
