So, thanks all for the kind eulogies. I didn't pull the tooth out on Monday though. Bought another 24 hours time to "ding king".
I was finally there to face the ordeal last evening. Actually it's not really that painful, but the drilling sound is really unbearable, as though it's not enough to have two hands playing around inside my mouth. Before he started on the job, I told him to ensure I am properly sedated on that area before he yank it out. I think he must have said it too often, that I shall not worry much.
OK, so, after one hour of "man at work", 8 teeth were "repaired", and it was time for that moment. My whole mouth was numbed and it just didn't feel like mine anyway. I had to say it before he start. "Don't you pull the wrong tooth out, ok?"
A word of advice, if you need to go through the same thing, don't you ever go to a little petite lady for the job. Basically, he pulled a big spanner out and korek and tug until the tooth is out. Someone who's not strong enough, I think it would take 1 hour, and it would be like 1 year for you. Whew! It was out and eewww.. the tooth looked gross. I thought of showing it all to you, but for once, I really wouldn't want to spoil your appetite.
It's good to have it out, looking at the condition of the failed tooth. Can't imagine I was licking and sucking it for all these years.
Surprisingly, my cheek wasn't swollen at all, and in fact, I just looked normal. Speech talk wasn't very appropriate for the time being only while food, err.., I don't feel like the teeth are mine somehow. So, I ate very little for dinner and went to make a cup of Anlene milk before I sleep.
I'm real happy that it's over now. Really, it's not that bad after all, and I would encourage you to do it too. :)

Yeah.. last time my dentist had to 'chak maa' do horse stance before he yank the tooth out. I think he put one leg up on the reclined chair too for extra strength.. or was that from a comic? haha!
good to hear all went well. i bet you were drooling crazy while drinking water after the extraction.
Hi Gargies, I broke one tooth eating one of those very hard roasted green peas last month while watching TV...gosh!
Had the dentist do his voodoo magic to repair it...can tell the way he drilled, bang around...I practically went into orbit! Cheeee, no more eating hard peanuts.
Nice pics you have here.
Keep well, Lee.
