Let's play graduation.

How time flies! Just a matter of few blinks, he's all grown up. It was graduation time, and a new chapter is going to begin. We were looking forward to his concert and graduation day, as a fresh change in the weekend routine. All dressed up in monkey costume and make-up, we finally see his first stage performance. It was pretty amusing watching all the little boys and girls, without any shyness, went up on stage and do what they had practised for few weeks.

Struggling to hold the 2 restless brats in their seats, there was no time to sit back and relax in the 2 hours of performance. A short 10 mins break later, it was graduation time, and each of the 6 year olds came out one by one to take their scroll. They were given a short time to make a little speech, thank the teachers and their parents for their support and guidance, who without them, they weren't be where they were.. (nolah, I add those up to spice things a bit).

Joshua's speech went like this...

Good afternoon, everyone. My name is ***. I am from K2A Sunflower, and my teacher is Teacher S***. I like to be in Totalchild because the teachers are nice and friendly and I learned a lot of things. What I like most is the computer class and going out for trips.

Well, did he make me beaming with pride and joy that day! Ah.. Just a play play graduation done in a big scale manner, to make the parents feel happy a bit.

Joshua is such a grown up now...and he looks very smart in his graduation outfit. I bet you 2 must be very proud of him.

My Friday favorite time of the week

Long ago, I used to look forward to every Friday 5.30pm. I would rush to prepare dinner and settle all that was needed to be done before 4....
